We work hard to provide quality products that will meet or exceed our customer expectations. However, if our products do not meet your expectations, we will do our best to give you a great experience here at the Red Door Bakery.

All of our products are made from scratch and have no artificial flavors or preservatives in them. This means that unlike some cookies and treats that can be bought at a store pumped full of chemicals and who knows what else, our products have a shorter "life" span before they begin to go bad. All of our products are individually labeled with an expiration date. The expiration date is generally 15 days from the date the product is shipped.

• If a Red Door Bakery product purchased from our site begins to mold before the expiration date found on that product or if it arrives badly damaged, we will replace that product with another product of equal or greater value free of charge. Please take a picture of the product which shows the damage/mold found on the product along with a picture of the label showing the expiration date and send them to us by the day after the expiration date. You may send them via the Contact page on this website or by emailing us at customerservice@reddoorbakery.org.  ​

• If a Red Door Bakery product does not meet your expectations as described on this website, please contact us through our Contact page on this website or by emailing us at customerservice@reddoorbakery.org by the day after the expiration date found on the product. Please explain your dissatisfaction with the product and provide any supporting pictures. In the case of an error, we will either ship a replacement product of equal or greater value free of charge or send a Red Door Bakery store e-card to cover the cost of that product.
